When it comes to Prepping, I leave nothing off of the table. This may sound strange, but a Prepping must for your med kit is several packs of Sanitary Napkins. That’s right, I said it, get some Kotex, Stay Free, Carefree, etc. Make sure they are NOT scented or powdered or lotioned. In other words, these are Super “Band-aids” for the larger wounds that may occur. You want them to be “Plain” so as to not cause infections. If you think about it, they are designed to soak blood. Cheap enough to get several packs. It is better to have and not need, than need and not have.
